Deanstown House on Main Street in Blanchardstown sells for €1.41m

A partially vacant retail and office development, Deanstown House at Main Street, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, has been sold for €1.41m by agent Kelly Walsh.

The facility has six self-contained retail units at ground floor level and two vacant offices overhead extending to 371sq m (4,000sq ft). The retail units range in size from 28 to 60sq m (301 to 645sq ft). Three of them are let and bringing in €124,200.

Kelly Walsh say that this figure should rise to around €190,000 when the building is fully occupied.
