Caffè Nero set to open second outlet

Caffè Nero is believed to have agreed a rent of about €55,000

European coffee house brand Caffè Nero is to replace the former Furama restaurant at Eirpage House in Donnybrook, Dublin 4.

It will be the company’s second outlet in Dublin following the recent opening of another coffee shop at Merrion Square. The multiple expects to have six outlets operational by year end.

Caffè Nero is believed to have agreed a rent of about €55,000 for the 148sq m (1,593sq ft) shop opposite Donnybrook stadium. Shane Cahir of CBRE handled the letting. Aidan McDonnell advised the tenant.
