LISNEY IS launching a marketing campaign for three industrial buildings in Ballymount, Dublin 12.
Unit 2, Ballymount Industrial Estate comprises an industrial building of 1,401sq m (15,080sq ft), including 866sq m (9,322sq ft) of two-storey office accommodation. The offices are fitted out with data cabling and air-conditioning. The car-park at the front of the building can accommodate 18 vehicles.
The asking price of €1.25 million equates to €892 per sq m (€82.85 per sq ft) – “a purchase level not seen in the market since the 1990s” according to Lisney’s Keith Begley.
Alternatively, the building can be rented for €120,000 a year.
Unit D7 in the same industrial estate has an asking price of €675,000 and a rent of €38,000 a year.
The mid-terrace unit has a floor area of 514sq m (5,533sq ft) and a temporary mezzanine of 161sq m (1,733sq ft). The building includes a showroom and offices.
Also for sale in Ballymount Court Business Centre is the former premises of Hydraulic Consultants and Services which is in voluntary liquidation. The modern mid-terrace business unit has a ground floor area of 111sq m (1,195sq ft) and 410sq m (4,413sq ft) of offices at first floor level.
