FASHION RETAILER A-Wear is to open a new store later this month at Bridgewater shopping centre in Arklow, Co Wicklow.
It will be moving into the former Zavvi outlet following the collapse of the entertainment retailer last December. A-Wear will trade out of 715sq m (7,700sq ft) over two floors.
The multiple has 25 shops throughout Ireland and is rolling out new centres in the UK.
Declan Stone of Colliers Jackson-Stops said the footfall in the Bridgewater centre during the early months of 2009 had remained relatively steady compared to the same period in 2008, dropping only 2.7 per cent.

The agency is offering flexible letting terms on the former Principles store which has 328sq m (3,531sq ft) on two levels.
