CityWest, the Dublin industrial park off the Naas Road that hopes to become home to the best and brightest of high-technology companies, has pulled out all the stops in its attempt to give its geek denizens the vicarious experience of being in Silicon Valley.

Along with high-speed Internet connections and the promise of eventually hosting one end of telecommunications company Global Crossing's great big fat high-bandwidth transatlantic cable, a far more important element is now in place: the proper food.

Homesick Californians transferred to Ireland and Irish Internet millionaire wannabes now not only have access to programmer fodder like lattes, cappucinos, Coke and pizza, but such crucial Valley staples as sushi and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches (aka the humble PBJ).
