Canadian company, Pivotal Corporation, has announced plans to establish a centre for e-business excellence in Belfast with the creation of 150 jobs over the next five years. Pivotal specialises in the development of customer relationship management for medium and large enterprises.

The investment has been backed by Northern Ireland's Industrial Development Board, and is expected to amount to £20 million sterling (#33 million) over the first five years.
