Belfast business park plan

More than 1,000 jobs could be created in Belfast if plans for 3.5-acre city centre business park are approved. Abey Developments has submitted a planning application to the Department of Environment for approval. The "campus-style" park would cost an estimated £15 million to £20 million sterling (€22-€29 million) and be located on the site of the former Boxmore International factory at Durham Street in Belfast.
