Argentina must meet its economic targets, including erasing the budget deficit in order to receive more aid, the IMF said yesterday after effectively blocking a $1.264-billion disbursement.
"The authorities should meet the objectives they have set," in particular a commitment to cutting the deficit to zero, spokesman Mr Thomas Dawson told reporters here.
