AIB subsidiary finances management buy-out in UK

Allied Irish Banks' British subsidiary has put up £3 million in debt finance for the management buyout of Financial Dynamics, the London public relations company that advises AIB in Britain. AIB has put up three-quarters of the £4 million debt finance with another £1 million being provided by 20 Financial Dynamics executives. Deferred payments value Financial Dynamics at £8 million.
