Acquisition of technology

Rapid Technology has announced the acquisition of the intellectual property rights, patents, tooling and test equipment of the LCD keyswitch technology used in its screenkey product range. The keyswitch technology was acquired for £966,000 (€1.2 million) from a Germany supply company, HE Electronics Technologie & Systemtechnik.
