I Got The Seanchaí, I Got The Secret

Mon, Sep 28, 2015, 12:31

There’s some great stuff happening during the Bram Stoker Festival, which runs October 23rd-26th. Maser in Smithfield, Buffy at the Light House, Damn Fine Print Exhibition, and loads more.

Myself and Vickey ‘Ragin’ Curtis run Come Rhyme With Me together, and for the Bram Stoker Festival, we’re hosting a night of fear-facing spoken word inspired by the onset of Samhain called I Got The Seanchaí, I Got The Secret in the Project Arts Centre on Friday, October 23rd at 9pm.

On the night, we’ll be joined by Róisín Ingle (Irish Times), Clara Rose Thornton (Dublin slam poetry champion), Temper-Mental MissElayenous (bodhrán-beating poetry-woven rapper), Niamh Beirne (PETTYCASH), Roisin Agnew (Guts Magazine), Joanne McNally (Comedian) and Louise Bruton (Legless In Dublin) and more, with music from Landless and Twin-Headed Wolf.

It’s going to be a packed night of spoken word pieces from gags to stories, raps to revelations. Please join us!

Tickets are €10, and you can get them here.
