Once in a while, a parody Twitter account comes along that’s worth your attention beyond the endless unfunny trail of celebrity imitation accounts. There’s been a long line of them; Cardinal Brady, the hilarious parody of Tilda Swinton, DianaInHeaven, IrishMammies, and now, DJsComplaining.

DJsComplaining creates brilliant humour in aggregating the tweets of DJs who are annoyed about the trivial elements of their privileged lives. Like most ideas, it’s the simple ones that work best, and the lack of self-awareness in this very rich, very hedonistic and very male world of jet-setting DJs yields gold. Once put together in one account, the joke is very much on them.
