Tickets: if you think the political parties’ economic policies were hard to follow, grab a hold of this. Apparently, Tier 1, 2 and 3 tickets are already sold out – nothing said in the press release about how many were on sale at each of those “tiers” – and Tier 4 general and family (one adult and two under 12 kids) weekend tickets are now on sale at €149.50 a pop. Price will increase to €169.50 a pop once those Tier 4 tickets are gone (again, no idea how many Tier 4 tickets are available – 100? 1000? 5000?). Tickets can be paid for in instalments with 50 per cent payable on booking and 50 per cent taken on April 1. There are also campervan and bus tickets available. All ticket prices subject to Ticketmaster here-comes-the-summer charges, fees and taxes.
