Indian nurses in Ireland: 'I miss Kerala but this is home now'

6,304 Indian nationals are registered as nurses in Ireland. This represents nearly 9 per cent of the total number of nurses on the Nursing and Midwifery Board and the majority of them come from the Kerala region of southern India.
