Incorporating the Great Western Greenway, the Burrishoole/Mulranny Loop walks, and visiting Clew Bay’s iconic heritage sites, the weekends combine guided electric cycling and walking tours. Leitrim uncoveredLeitrim Landscapes Guided Walks is offering an opportunity to discover the hidden Leitrim. There will be a guided mushroom forage in Lurganboy, a walk along the forgotten lanes of Manorhamilton Valley and a look at the food sources of our ancestors. Raise the spiritHeart of Burren Walks will hold its next Spirituality Walk at 9.45am on Sunday, September 5th. Guided by Tony Kirby, the walk will include commentaries on early Christian Ireland and Europe, the Brehon Laws, medieval pilgrimage and public worship at holy wells.
