The European Computer Driving licence is for anyone who wants to certify their computer skills according to a pan-European industry standard.
The ECDL builds around a special user-friendly skills card. This card records the skills you demonstrate in each of seven computer-related modules. As you successfully complete each module, the corresponding skill is recorded on your card. The final achievement of a full card leads to the award of your licence.
The course is based on nine days training, which takes place over three weeks. It is generally three days over three consecutive weeks (usually Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). It runs from 09.15 - 16.30. Please find the course outline and dates attached for your perusal. We run this course once a month.
This is a fast paced ECDL course for candidates with computer experience in MS Word and file Management / Windows Explorer environment.
ECDL Modules:
- Basic Concepts of IT
- Managing Files
- Word Processing
- Spreadsheets
- Databases
- Presentations and Drawing
- Information Network Services
