Hole-by-hole guide

Hole 9 - "The Eye of the Needle"
Par 4
461 yards

Over time the par four ninth was lengthened with a new tee and redesigned. Standing on the new tee reveals a mature tree plum in the middle of the fairway leaving the option to aim left or right to ensure a clear line of sight to the green. As the fairway rolls then falls away at the green it is difficult to see the ball landing. Placing the pin on the right side will make it difficult to get close as the green slopes away on the left and anything long will run off down the slope at the back.
