Andy Powell

A relative newcomer to the 15-man game, Powell made his name in 'sevens', and that schooling was evident in his approach to this year's Six Nations, where he hit the ground running.

The number eight is extremely potent with ball in hand and the hard ground of South Africa may well suit his game.

There remain doubts, however, over his tactical awareness and concerns over his penchant for taking risks in possession. Could make a big impact but will need a big performance early to shift Heaslip for the tests.
