Ugo Monye

Having only made his England debut last November, the Harlequins flyer was one of the surprise selections in Ian McGeechan's squad but could yet turn out to be a key man in South Africa.

Monye clocked 10.6 seconds for the 100m at the tender age of 16 and is a force to be reckoned with when he gets into his stride. Instrumental in Harlequins resurgence this season, the 26-year-old has worked hard on his defence in recent years and is fast approaching his peak.
