Alan Quinlan

Alan Quinlan is a former Ireland backrow and lock, who played 27 times for his country. Originally from Tipperary, he began his career at Clanwilliam before moving on to Shannon and Munster, where he was a two-time Heineken Cup winner (2008, 2006). Selected to play in two World Cups, in 2003 and 2007, he was then picked for the Lions Tour in 2009, but missed out through suspension. He retired in 2011.

In a final between two sides so well matched, Jonny Wilkinson could be the one to prove the difference.
