FAROE ISLANDS v SWEDEN:Zlatan Ibrahimovic has warned the Faroe Islands that he is improving with every game since his move to Paris St Germain in the summer. The Swedish captain was off target in their 2-0 over Kazahkstan last month but hopes to open his account in Torshavn this evening.

Ibrahimovic, PSG’s marquee signing from AC Milan in the close season, admits his fitness is not quite what it could be but has nevertheless managed nine goals in six matches since his transfer to the French capital. And having found his feet in Ligue 1, the striker expects to bring that form to the Atlantic outpost.

KAZAKHSTAN v AUSTRIA:Having been forced to settle for a point the last time they visited the Astana Arena, when a disallowed goal in added time denied them victory in the Euro 2012 qualifiers, Austria will hope to take advantage of the hosts injury problems this evening.

Kazakhstan will be without their midfielder Heinrich Schmidtgal through illness while goalkeeper Alexander Mokin and striker Bauyrzhan Dzholchiyev are also set to miss out on the match through injury.
