After the controversy around Kieran McGeeney's departure Kildare initially settled well in the league but the calamitous concession of two goals in a minute against Tyrone ultimately cost them Division One status. Disciplinary problems also surfaced during the spring but if they can patch up the defence and get injured players back, they're in with a chance of a Leinster final.
Last good day: 2010 and reaching the last four for the first time in 10 years , losing narrowly to Down.
