‘It’s your right’ is a campaign by the Ombudsman for Children’s Office to mark 10 years of the office and to raise awareness of the rights of children and young people under the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

To celebrate the Ombudsman’s for Children’s first 10 years the 4th class students of St.Francis of Assisi Primary School, Belmayne, Dublin were filmed learning and talking about their rights. The videos here capture their experience of visiting the office and meeting the Ombudsman for Children as well as individual clips of children explaining the rights that they understand to be important to them.
