A name for new Liffey bridge

Sir, – Your article (Alison Healy, Home News, April 26th) quotes a visiting professor from the University of Tilburg who describes the architectural merits of the new Liffey bridge as just “another Calatrava”.

I wonder when he visits museums in London, Krakow, or Florence does he dismiss sister paintings of the Mona Lisa as mere “da Vinci derivatives”? – Yours, etc,

Sir, – “Provisional Bridge?” (Mick Bourke, May 1st). More like the “Continuity Bridge” to me. – Yours, etc,
