Mon 11 Nov 2009UN investigator criticises America's 'lukewarm' reaction to Gaza war report
BERLIN – The head of a UN investigation that accused Israel of war crimes in Gaza, Richard Goldstone, has said he is disappointed there has been such a “lukewarm” reaction to his findings in the US.
The report by Mr Goldstone, a South African judge, lambasted both sides in the December to January war, which killed up to 1,387 Palestinians and 13 Israelis, but was harsher towards Israel.
