Dark Room Notes will release their long-awaited debut album in April. The Irish electro-rockers, who enjoyed success with their Love Like Nicotinesingle and Dead Start ProgramEP in 2007, have been working on We Love You Dark Matterover the past year. It was recorded in July 2008 in London, mixed in Dublin, and mastered in New York.
The quartet have previously worked with renowned producer Flood (U2, Depeche Mode, Smashing Pumpkins), but young Dublin-based producer Ciarán Bradshaw took the reigns for their full-length endeavour. Bradshaw has worked with several up-and-coming Irish bands in recent years, most notably Evil Harrisons, Subplots and The Chapters, who also have debut albums planned for 2009.
