RACING:THE ALEX Ferguson-owned What A Friend overcame adverse weather conditions to win last year’s Lexus Chase at Leopardstown and may have to do the same next week if he is to record back-to-back victories in the €150,000 Day Three Christmas festival feature.
British-trained runners have dominated the prestigious three-mile Lexus recently, with cross-channel raiders winning for the last four years.
