Gusserane advance
Gusserane 1-12 Shelmaliers 2-8: A SÉAMUS RYAN goal six minutes from the end gave Gusserane a narrow victory at Enniscorthy on Saturday afternoon.
First-half goals from Brian Malone and Terry Gainfort helped Shelmaliers to a 2-4 to 0-4 interval lead. The Shels still led 2-7 to 0-11 with time ticking away when Ryan struck for the crucial goal.
