Thu 07 Jul 1999Restored Georgian six-bed in Kinsealy for sale for £2m
Kinsaley, a six-bedroom Georgian house on just over four acres at Kinsealy, Co Dublin, is for sale at £2 million through Malahide agent Denis Drum.
Named for the original townland, it is an elegant two-storey over basement house that was owned by Teagasc for many years and reverted to private use in the early 1990s. The present owners have restored much of Kinsaley House since they moved here in 1992, installing timber sash windows and stripping back the pitch pine floors throughout. Wiring and plumbing is also recent. There is still work to do and a new owner will be someone who appreciates the many fine qualities in the property.
