Belt-tightening may be the order of the day for most of us, but the news of the credit crunch has yet to reach the owners of one of Dublin's original superpubs. Cafe en Seine on Dawson Street has introduced a weekend cover charge of €10. For that you get to hang out at one of its five bars, or bop on the recently added dancefloor. The cover charge is in addition to the variable (but always high) drink prices in the pub which depend on the time of night you place your order.
