A PRINTING firm that handles tens of thousands of customer details is not registered with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
RR Donnelley Document Solutions prints transactional bills, which include account details, pin numbers, itemised phone records and other personal information, for Vodafone, Eircom, and O2.
