Advice on maintaining family relationships, staying safe and sexual health is included in a new guide for children and young people in residential care. Your Guide to Living in Residential Care covers all aspects of living in State residential care for young people. It was published yesterday by the Health Service Executive Dublin North East and will be issued to the 128 young people in residential care in the region.
