DECLAN GANLEY’S Libertas organisation had income of €1.4 million in 2008, but spent €1.74 million, according to accounts filed in the Companies Registration Office.
The accounts, for the calendar year 2008, show that The Libertas Institute Ltd owed Mr Ganley €243,456 at the end of the period.
