A 74-YEAR-OLD woman who has won an age discrimination case against Ulster Bank has encouraged all older people to challenge discrimination when they encounter it.
Phyllis Fahey from Rathfarnham, Dublin was refused a car loan from Ulster Bank's Maynooth branch in 2005, when she was 70 years of age.
