POLICE IN Northern Ireland yesterday made a further arrest in the inquiry into the murder of Paul Quinn in Co Monaghan last year. Mr Quinn (21), from Cullyhanna, south Armagh, was beaten to death by a masked gang after he was lured to empty farm buildings across the Border in Castleblayney, Co Monaghan, on October 20th.
A spokesman for the PSNI said one man was arrested and two properties were searched in south Armagh yesterday morning in what he described as the third phase of the investigation into Mr Quinn's death.
