Social networking site Facebook may file for its initial public offering next Wednesday and is close to hiring Morgan Stanley to handle the deal, the Wall Street Journal has reported, adding it is considering a valuation of $75 billion to $100 billion, and Goldman Sachs will probably play a “major role” in the flotation. Facebook has discussed raising $10 billion in a share sale that would value it at $100 billion, Bloomberg has reported. – (Bloomberg)
