Sat 09 Sep 2005ThirdForce earnings rise 43% as firm announces acquisitionE-learning group ThirdForce has announced a 43 per cent increase in interim operating profits to €334,000 for the first half of the year.It has also announced the acquisition of privately-held UK e-learning company Creative Learning Media (CLM) in a cash and equity deal worth up to £5.5 million (€8.1 million).
