Gardaí have made a drugs seizure after stopping a car in Co Clare.
In an ongoing operation, the vehicle was stopped and searched yesterday evening on the M18 at Ballymaconna, Barefield, Co Clare.
Cannabis herb and resin with an approximate street value of €400,000 was seized, and a man (31) was arrested. He is being held at Ennis Garda station under section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act.
