Gardaí seize guns in north Dublin

A number of guns, ammunition and explosives have been seized by gardaí following the search of a property in Dublin.

The discovery was made yesterday after the grounds of the Distillery Lofts apartment complex off Distillery Road, Drumcondra, were searched.

The area was sealed off for a number of hours while the explosives were made safe by the Army’s bomb disposal team.
