Co Galway-based medical devices firm Creganna has announced the acquisition of US firm Avalon Medical Services, which trades as Tactx Medical.

In a statement, it said the company, to be known as Creganna - Tactx Medical, will be “positioned as a world leader in the provision of technologies and services for minimally invasive delivery and access devices”.
