A man has been arrested in connection with the seizure of cannabis worth an estimated €500,000 in north Dublin.
Gardaí from the Divisional Drugs Unit searched a car in Swords this afternoon and discovered the drugs.
The man, who is in his 20s, was taken to Swords Garda station for questioning under Section Two of the Drugs Trafficking Act.
He can be held for up to seven days before being charged or released.
