Pat Kenny to step down as Late Late Show host

RTÉ Presenter Pat Kenny is to step down as host of the Late Late Show , after ten years in the helm.

Mr Kenny will leave his position at the end of this season's show, to take up a new role as presenter of a current affairs programme.

The new programme, which will begin this Autumn, will replace Questions and Answers on Monday nights.

The station said no decision had yet been taken on a replacement presenter for the Late Late Show , but that the programme would continue.
