Cannabis with an estimated value of €290,000 was seized by customs officers at Dublin airport today.

Revenue's customs service said the discovery of 24 kilos of herbal cannabis was made when officers examined the baggage of a passenger arriving on a flight from Johannesburg, South Africa.
