Gardai release man arrested in Quinn murder inquiry
A man being questioned by gardai in Monaghan in connection with the death of Paul Quinn near Castleblayney last October has been released, gardai said tonight.
Mr Quinn (21) from Cullyhanna, Co Armagh, was beaten to death by masked men wielding iron bars and pickaxe handles after he was lured to a cattle shed.
The man, who was in his 30s, was arrested in Co Monaghan on Saturday. He was the fourteenth person to be arrested and questioned in connection with the murder.
Gardai tonight renewed their appeal for any information on Mr Quinn's murder.
