Study finds many nations are out of touch with key issues of their home countries

A new Ipsos/Mori poll published on Wednesday finds that perceptions are not necessarily reality .

The Perils of Perception survey highlight how wrong people across 33 countries are about some key issues and features of the population in their home countries.

People in Mexico and India are least in touch with reality in their surroundings, according to the study, while the Irish and the South Koreans were able to most accurately answer questions about their own countries.
