Sheep 'remains' found in Clondalkin
Gardai in Dublin are investigating the discovery of what are believed to be human remains in the Clondalkin area.
A postmortem has found that a sheep's stomach rather than human remains were discovered in Dublin yesterday.
The examination was carried out on the entrails as it was thought that they might have been human.
The alarm was raised after the remains were found in a bin in a housing estate in Clondalkin yesterday evening.
Gardaí from Ronanstown Garda station were investigating the matter.
However, a Garda spokesman said this evening that the postmortem had shown it was sheep rather than human entrails that were discovered.
