Fianna Fáil set to gain two extra seats in Wexford

With the final tally in Gorey District completed, Fianna Fáil are looking at an increase of two seats.

The have rebounded back from just single seat in the previous council.

Fine Gael will likely hold their two seats and will be fighting for a third seat with Independent Mary Farrell.

Sinn Féin will take a seat with the Labour Party likely to hold their existing one.

There is little change in the Euro tally with Brian Crowley and Simon Harris dominating the constituency, while Sinn Féin's Liadh Ni Riada also polling strongly.

Both Sean Kelly and Deirdre Clune struggled in this constituency.
