Gardaí are investigating a crash in which a 68-year-old man died in Co Tipperary.
The man was fatally injured when the car he was driving hit a ditch at about 7pm last night at Cooleeney Moyne, Thurles. There were no passengers in the car.
Gardaí at Templemore appealed for witnesses.
A total of 119 people have died on the State's roads to date this year.
