Man dies in Naas motorbike crash

A 30-year-old man has died after a car collided with his motorbike in Dagwelds Cross, Blackwood, Naas at about 7.30pm yesterday evening.

The man was taken to Naas General Hospital where he was pronounced dead later last night. The female driver of the car received minor injuries and was also removed to Naas Hospital.

The road is now open and an examination by Garda forensic collision investigators has taken place.
