SOCIAL AND FAMILY AFFAIRS
- All social welfare payments should be cut by 5%, to achieve savings of €850 million
- Child benefit be reduced and standardised and €2.5 billion programme cut by 20%
- An end to receiving two welfare payments

HEALTH
- Over 6,000 health jobs should be cut
- Department of Health should be reduced by 10% a year over the next three years
- Income guidelines for the Medical Card should be revised

EDUCATION
- Some 7,000 job to be cut from the sector
- Special needs assistants and English language support cut
- Cuts to capitation grants for primary and post primary schools

- Defence Forces personnel should be cut by more than 500

- Office of Public Works staff should be cut by 660
